In today’s world negative anger and stress has become inadvertently the norm. Depression, anxiety and insomnia is increasing; however, just because the majority of society has accepted this type of behavior, it doesn’t mean that you as an individual have to participate and also become a statistic. Depression can lead to suicidal thoughts. Unfortunately, suicide has also increased significantly within the last decade and doesn’t appear to be slowing down. Doctors are giving psychotropic mediations away as though it was candy and although not addictive, the side effects can be devastating to the mind and body.
I have developed structured ideas on how avoid being depressed and to utilize anger and stress in a positive way that will produce and enhance the client’s good qualities and increase positive productivity. Studies have shown that there is good anger and stress that can be utilized and beneficial to all who want to have a successful and enriched life.
